Hi I would like to know which software is out there to make custom themes. I actually only know msstyleEditor, which seem very complicated. And vista style builder, which is outdated or there is little information about it. I wanted to make a simple gray-ish theme that reduces the eyestrain from normal windows themes.
Is there a simpler, more userfriendly way of doing this?

Thank you for any advice

Vista Style Builder is still the way to go. Once you get your license, just download Grim's updated program with Custom Class Maps and Import Scripts for Windows 10 TH2 & RS1. Always use a virtual machine and let us know if you have any questions. https://virtualcustoms.net/showthread.php/70828-Custom-Class-Maps-and-Import-Scripts-for-Windows-10-TH2-RS1
