Installation:
Open up 7TSP & click Add a Custom Pack & select the icon pack you want to install.
Click on Start Patching.
By default 7TSP will create a restore point & install the icon pack.
Once installation is done reboot & you're done

The file do not exist, it's explorerframe.dll.mun

In SystemResources, it's explorerframe.dll.num, not explorerframe.dll ;)
explorerframe.dll is in System32

explorerframe.dll in System32 after w10 19h1 is empty
a web page or file sometimes does not copy the entire name or .mun

sometimes it also happens when using the ultrauxthemepatcher application
the only way is to take ownership ExplorerFrame.dll.mun file manually before applying the patch

No way, I've taken the ownership, grant full access for me (admin), patched the file with 7tsp as admin and after the reboot the file is again owned by TrustedInstaller and the access is again only read and not full accsess.
It seems that my Windows put after the patch again the original file.


EDIT: Okay, I've found the problem. It was really the UltraUXthemepatcher. After uninstall it the animation works. But now my custom theme don't work, what can I do ? Is there an altenative for the UltraUXthemepatcher ?

I was sorry, so I spent two hours and all my efforts to fix this problem
I had to do a clean installation of Windows 10 to find out where the problem is because I'm currently using the Windows 12 system
each of my windows systems is always unique, therefore it differs from everyone and it is difficult for me to find a solution
the only way is a clean installation as it was in this case
I found a solution, every theme patcher blocks this function
because the theme patcher activates the shell file in the theme folder
therefore follow my simplest steps
I made a complete updated file for activating all theme Extras
the only thing that needs to be done is to delete the shell file from the theme directory
C:\WINDOWS\Resources\Themes\*current theme*shell - delete this shell folder
run 7tsp GUI as Administrator and use animation what you like
7tsp Allow all Theme Extras Permanently for w10 19h1-22h2++ v1 by Moonnique
or

I made it as simple as possible
if one day you get tired of animation
just copy the shell file again to the folder where the theme is located
the shell file can be copied from any Windows 10 theme
this disables my added animation
if you want to activate the animation again
simply delete the shell file from the theme folder
no backup or /sfc system scan is now not required for disable
