yes it is and it is how windows 10 should have been from scratch white theme's and high defanition monitor's don't mix lol

Does anyone know if it needs an update for the fall creators update or will it work flawlessly?
any theme for the creators update 15063.??? should work without any issues on the fall creators update 16299.???. i'd suggest in this order theme signature bypass, oldnewexplorer, Add Personalize Classic.reg, and startisback, or simply use dhjohns all-in-one(aio). then copy your theme(s) to the resources\themes folder.Quote:
