Steampunk Theme for Windows 10 with 7tsp and iPack for w8 8.1 w10

Hello, I am facing three problems when trying to install the themepack on Windows 10:

1. My mouse cursor keeps resetting every time I restart the system.
2. The custom sounds do not install at all. Theoretically Windows detects the sound profile, and it is selected, but nothing happens.
3. Could you also post how did you change all the background panel colours, icons on the explorer windows etc.?

Sorry for the layman question, but I'm completely new to customizing Windows 10, and have found it to be extremely difficult.

No silly Questions here only silly mistakes and there easy to make as this can be a bit daunting to the beginner at first follow this link to https://virtualcustoms.net/showthread...-Custom-Select
Here you should find themes and all the Instructions you need to Install the themes. Once you have set up your Computer to allow themes to run on Windows 10. Basically once you Install a Theme patcher , StartisBack, OldNewExplorer once installed, you just copy and paste the theme Files into the Resources Folder then merge your Fonts, System Metrics and add Classic Control menu you should be right to go, reboot and install any Icon set you like and then you go to your Personalize Themes Folder either in Control Panel or Right Click your Mouse on the Desktop and use Classic Personal menu to Select the theme you like. Set a Restore Point just in case before you Begin and Follow Shems Instuctions and let me Know if you need any help, Enjoy !!!:peace:

Hello once again. So far I've managed to customize my icons, wallpapers, mouse cursor and sounds. Now I'm trying to do the same with the Start Bar using StartisBack++, as well as the Windows Explorer windows, both in the same style as this theme. Any hints on how to do it? I'm at a loss here.

Any chance this can be updated for 1809? :)
