Installer un pack icons et installer l'horloge d'un theme sous Windows 7

Salut la planète Virtual, j'ai installer pas mal de thèmes W7 sur mes pc sans arriver a finaliser aucun. serait-il possible de connaitre la manip pour installer les icônes d'un thème ainsi que le l'image de l'horloge ?:triste:. Merci Ã* tous
