this has NOTHING to do with sfc/scannow or such , the tip from Aries absolutely worked he was right about this issue , i always disable it out of security reasons , so i reennabled windows search in...

so ive tried this on several new installed pcs with the most recent w7 x64 updates , and both x86 and x64 of Universal Theme Patcher 1.5.0.22 has patched all ux files , as well have i installed...

lols a 32bit version , yeah , id recommend to switch over to 64bit version of windows , theres no program that doesnt run , if you havent heard the news as of recently , lols , 64bit windows is 32bit...

go to administrative tools under control panel and select event viewer then go to errors and select show all on the right side , and click the one with the most recent error date scroll through them...

well ive finally finished with installing fresh US w7 64bit sp1 ultimate after 120 updates and directx updates, netfx 4.5 , freshest drivers, IE10 os update , latest and greatest vc redists all of em...
