Black Shine Windows 7 Basic 64-bit 32-bit Theme
This is a Windows 7 Basic theme, both 32-bit and 64-bit are included. I made this theme from stock aero.msstyles and ExplorerFrame.dll files. There is no difference between my basic theme and Microsoft's original basic theme, all file numbers are exactly the same. This is just how I would have made windows 7 basic, had it been up to me. I released this theme about two days ago and about 500 have downloaded it, with no bugs reported so far. Instructions are in each themes respective folders.
