Control Panel Text Location/Address Help...Please

Hello,

I have searched every where I can think of to find the address for the Text Color for the text that is in the Top Panel, Image 635, of the "All Control Panel Items" page. I've got the address' for the Navigation Pane Text, the area on the left side of the "Personalization" and "All Control Panel Items/System" pages but I just can't find the other.

This is for manual editing Not for Windows/Vista Style Builder. It is for Windows 7, thought it is probably the same for Vista as well.

Also, Does anyone know of a way to add Text Glow in the Address Bar of Internet Explorer 8? Basically like I have the Text in the Address Bar in the attached picture.
