I'd like the edges edited out and the orbs resized for windows 7

I'm utterly baffled by what you mean by 'resized for Windows 7' as the original (at the url you gave) is designed for W7 already. And which edges do you want taking out? Explain, please.

I may be mistaken but i think it is slightly low or something so the bottom is cut off a little and by "edges" i mean the screenshot taskbar pieces

yes thats possible, i havent tested it!!
But the size: 54x162 is correct!
