Desktop Icon Toy
Desktop Icon Toy is a great little program, it’s free and fully functional for 14 days, after that some of the features are reduced but it’s still perfectly usable.
And if you decide you really want those extra features, it’s a reasonable $19.95.
Desktop Icon Toy spices up your desktop and adds a bit of life to it, it automatically arranges your icons for you, and gives them a nice “Bouncy” animation when you hover over them.
However it does more than just arranging them left and right, I’ll get to that in a minute, but first it has a handy way of arranging icons to the top, bottom, left and right of your screen.
All you have to do is,
1. Click on a blank area of your desktop
2. Drag either up,down, left or right , depending on where you want the icons arranged,
3. Release the mouse
And you will see all your icons slide gracefully into their positions. But it’s not just these cool mouse gestures that make this program great.
What I really like about it is the fact that it can arrange all your icons in some very interesting shapes, quickly and easily.

Your Windows machine has just become an in home government surveillance device , to call it anything less would be an outright lie, another way to keep a thumb on the masses.
