There’s been quite a good response to the Platform Previews which were made available for past few months, with more than 2.5 million users downloading the previews.

With the newer version of the browser Microsoft is planning to add some exciting new features in it, like the HTML 5 support, a new JavaScript Engine and much speculated Download Manager with loads of other features to make the browsing experience fast and efficient.

With the Beta launch just around the corner, we might also expect some good news from Microsoft about any chances of the Internet Explorer 9 coming to the upcoming Windows Phone 7 platform. Well for that we probably have to wait for the day.

Developers are already working hard on some amazing new web experiences enabled by Internet Explorer 9. On September 15th 2010, Microsoft will be able to show you a more beautiful web that feels native on Windows. Check out BeautyOfTheWeb.com.
