True System Security Tweaker

This tool covers tweaks for almost every part of Windows from Desktop to File System to Windows Installer. Other than normal Windows tweaks, the tool also contains tweaks for Office Outlook, Windows Media Player, and Windows Live Messenger.
The tool also allows you disable some native Windows features for specified user profiles. One can use Restrict Applications option to specify applications that users are allowed to run. Besides, it also features hundreds of restrictions that can be used to restrict users from changing Windows settings and your personalization.
Overall, a nice portable tool to fine tune your Windows security settings. Please note that this tool is available for x86 version of Windows only.
