Secure Folder
Looking for a free application to password protect your folders in Windows? Secure Folder is the best tool for you. Secure Folder is a tiny application for XP, Vista and Windows 7 to lock folders in a jiffy.

On the first run, you will be asked to set a password. And once are done, you are good to add any number of folders to locked folders list by hitting the Add button.

What makes Secure Folder even more interesting is that its integration into explorer context menu. That means, when you install Secure Folder it adds Lock/Unlock with Folder Secure entry to folder context menu (right-click menu) which makes locking or unlocking a folder is a cake-walk.
