How to Disable Animation While Opening New Tab in Mozilla Fi
Mozilla Firefox 4.0 comes with new animation for opening tabs. Whenever you open a new tab, its opened with a cool animation.
Some people might love it but others might want to disable it to make tab opening faster.
In this tutorial, we'll tell you how to disable this animation:
1. Open Firefox and type about:config in the addressbar and press Enter. It’ll confirm, click on I’ll be careful, I promise! button.
2. Now type animate in the Filter box and look for following boolean key:
Code:browser.tabs.animate
4. Now whenever you open a new tab, you'll not see the new animation.
