How to Show Tab Bar on a Separate Row in Microsoft IE9 RC
If you have downloaded and started using recently released RC version of Internet Explorer 9 and don't like the Tab bar and addressbar on same row, you can put the Tab bar on a separate row using following simple steps:
1. Right-click on Tab bar (empty area near Tabs) and enable "Show tabs on a separate row" option.

2. That's it. It'll put Tab bar on a new row just below the address bar:
