A tool used to create switchless installers

SFXMaker is a tool used to create switchless installers, installers that install without user interaction and no GUI, via silent switches.

Users will be able to set the transparency percentage and options like Use last used icon or Always make SFX with progress / nLite Addon.

· Removed Firefox, IE and WMP installer detection (pretty useless and outdated)
