[Help] I need help getting this theme to work

I need help getting this theme to work on Windows 7 Premium 64 bit.
Just a side note. I have already correctly patched my OS with the latest 64 bit version of the Universal Theme Patcher for Windows 7.

If is a 32 bit theme only then, how can I convert it to a 64 bit theme?

well it would help if you could describe what issues you are having with the theme or maybe post a screenshot of your problem. just linking back to orignal theme doesn't tell us what your have a problem with
