Sadly this is a problem with the way MS applies the blur to the frames, it's not something you can change, I had the same problem with some of my early themes and found the only thing you can do is make the frames darker or less transparent to make it less noticeable, the other thing is to remove the blur on the frames, there are a few programs that will hide the blur on the frames, Kishan-Bagaria from door to windows is the one I have been using recently, you can do it yourself by editing your registry but this makes it very easy to do. https://www.door2windows.com/windows-...-in-windows-7/
