- No way, I've taken the ownership, grant full access for me (admin), patched the file with 7tsp as admin and after the reboot the file is again owned by TrustedInstaller and the access is again only...

- then it may be that your system uses locked files sometimes it also happens when using the ultrauxthemepatcher application the only way is to take ownership ExplorerFrame.dll.mun file manually...

- yes it is explorerframe.dll.num file explorerframe.dll in System32 after w10 19h1 is empty a web page or file sometimes does not copy the entire name or .mun as well as special characters (R), (C)...

- In SystemResources, it's explorerframe.dll.num, not explorerframe.dll ;) explorerframe.dll is in System32
