panel pane image does not show

The image is there in WSB...but when testing it its just show like screenshot..
even with different msstyle..any solution??thanks

I try to open it with another PC and walla...its there....Mmm maybe the problem is from my PC..

Open the temp folder in C:\Users\Your user name\AppData\Local\Temp and delete the shell folder and then test again.

Thanks Mark..i have repaired my PC with windows repair sharing by Razors....now it when back to normal...
