Need Advice

I need a decent system my daughter spill koolaid on mine by accident and it's toast i bought a laptop from my buddy for 80.00 dollars i been using that but it's a hunk of junk and i don't like it i only can afford 350.00 is it possible to build a decent one for that little of money idk how to build it myself either but i have a friend that does he told me you need about 500.00 to build a decent system but i can't afford that i have 3 kids and lots of bills so 350.00 is all i can afford any help or advice is much appreciated.P.S. I don't plan on doing any hardcore gaming on it either
