HUD Evolution

So, this is what HUD Evolution looks like after I run the installer:



Any idea what's going wrong here? Did I miss a step? It doesn't have the cool Start button or task bar or Start menu. It looks like a dark version of a Windows 7 basic theme - no custom artwork. Some of the icons changed but only a few, and the Mediafire links to the Extras don't work?
