New maker (10.1.3) does not contain msi/msp, but contains downloader
for files needed to create the silent install package. Download speed is
limited to about ~ 100 kb/second, by adobe ftp server rules. If you want
to use another links, change links in Maker_AcroReader_X.cmd.
