WHOAH! This is an unfair way to gain post count! Is this allowed?
Well I guess but I like to put some thought into my posts instead of copying from the programmer's website.

programers host sites do not offer silent installers , this application was made into a silent installer

Oh ok sorry I had no idea. Thanks for the links. Now the only thing needed is able to install many applications silently, something like Ninite (ninite.com)
