RegOwnit 1.0 silent installer
Author: The Windows Club https://www.thewindowsclub.com/regownit-take-full-control-windows-registry-keys
License: Freeware
Requires: Win7/Vista/XP
At times when editing the Windows registry keys you may recieve a dialog box with the message: Error Creating Key – Cannot create key: You do not have the requisite permission to create a new key. This is because the Windows operating system will not allow you to make changes in certain system critical registry keys.
While you can always manually take full control of Windows registry keys, the process is a bit lengthy. RegOwnit is a standalone tool that lets you do so easily! It allows you to take ownership of a Registry key using Administrator, HomeUsers or the current Logged On User account.
It is strongly recommended that you first backup your Windows registry and create a system restore point before making any changes to your system.
