PNG to Alhpa Bitmap converter

This is a little program that can change a PNG to a Bitmap image with the Alpha transparency channel added, it can also change Bitmaps to PNG, all credits go to PandaX

This is a great tool if you want to change Bitmaps to png for things like navigation buttons, start buttons and so on for use with Theme Resource Changer, it's also good if you want to change the PNG images in a theme to Bitmap if you need to add them to a system file instead.
