This pack come in 5 colors, wanted too do a little different colorpack than everyone ells, so i came up with this colors,
Gold/Orange Red Pink one for tha ladies Purple and Cyan

Have you patched you system for allowing custom themes? if not you will have to do that
then i would use Universal Theme Patcher, it works great and are free too use you can get that one here: [link]

Too add the theme, unzip the pack, and add the Tech-Light folder and Tech-Light windows theme file too: C:\Windows\Resources\Themes

Then you can go too your desktop and right-click and choose Personalize and you will find it with the other themes you have.
