Well what to say, i came across a custom theme one day while surfing. long story shot i got a whole bunch of themes and none seemed to suit my needs to a tee, so i thought i would try my hand at creating one of my own from a theme i had downloaded earlier. Really getting into making themes, however as a noob themer i find my self stuck alot, this site sure helps out alot as i usually at work so hardly enough time to spend working on them. i am currently working on a fairy theme for my wife but it has turned out to be a bit harder then i thought . anyway is fun stuff and looking forward to learning more about it and maybe creating a custom theme from scratch once i get to know more of the basics. any tips or help is greatly appreciated.

halo and welcome, for sure this is a place witch can help you when you are stuck.
A lot of your questions are probably already answered in the windows style builder tutorials sections.
If they are not feel free to ask them one of the themers here will probably be able to awenser them.
