Famine by Alienatics
I have been playing with it for quite a while now and now that it is finished its both relief and joy.
So finally I present my first theme Famine.

I have updated the file
Issues solved
1-glitches in the start menu (thanks to faizalotai for helping to solve that)
2-small icon taskbar issue
3-wallpaper not changing
