Windows 8 Theme Taskbar

Hello everyone how can I change complete taskbar images in windows 8 theme? please tell me.

I want to change the default aero taskbar with a custom one...
What i want to succeed is to make the taskbar black, but not change with automatic colourization.
Taskbar stays black all the time while the windows change with auto.
The problem is i don't have wsb so i ll have to do it with resource hacker.
Can someone tell me what images have to change for small taskbar on top?

You could just use this app Taskbar Color Effects It works fine on Windows 8,you can choose any color or a custom image
