Amazing theme mate, is there any able to perhaps assist with porting this magnificent piece to Windows 10?

I'm try to learn all I can, so any suggested tutorials I can look at to learn how?

No one willing to resurrect this beautiful color from the pits of a generational OS from years past.

I wish more people would migrate, Windows 10 is regularly updating so it's 100x better than it was at 1st, and even back then I considered it superior.

There's nothing, not even this amazing color which is ever so slightly out of my reach, which can make me revert from this amazing iteration.
