Your selected splash screen color (PR_SPLASH.png) from pack, replace with original png in PNG string inside Premiere.dll using Restorator 2007,
make sure you make backup of originals, they are located here:

C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Premiere Pro CS6\Premiere.dll
