Your selected splash screen color (SPLASHNORMAL.png) from pack, replace with original png in PNG string inside Resources.dll using Restorator 2007,
make sure you make backup of originals, they are located here:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Adobe Dreamweaver CS6\en_US\Resources\Resources.dll
