Change text color of local disk properties window

Hello,
How to Change text color as well as window title bar text color of local disk properties window ?

The text that is black, that you cannot see, I dont believe you can change that text color. So if your using Black fill color for that area, witch I think is ....

Fonts color system metrics/ BTNFacecolor. Your going to have to make it lighter to read that Black text. For the Top Title Text I believe its ....

Fonts color system Metrics/ Window text color. Let me know if this helps you . I know there are just some area's where you cannot change the text color witch sucks when you want to make dark themes.

After changing BTNFACE color, it is looking like this.

Try List menu, tabs, Tab, Body. Or Font color system metrics, window color. Right now the color is obviously Black so your going to need to make the RGB lighter to read The Black text.
