Hi, I followed this video in detail and found that I was unable to take the resource hacker modified shell32 and place it in system 32. I get copy file and then attempt to paste, I get prompt to continue and then it looks like its gonna paste and when I refresh the file has not been added.
Does this have something to do with my recent update to Windows 8.1??
