Transfer VC themes from old Win7 comp to new Win7 comp

Hi All 7 Merry Xmas! (I am srue this has been asked before) Here is my question: Soon I will be getting a new system to replace my current one; both are Win7 machines. If I could, I'd transfer everything to new system but I know I will have to reinstall all my 3rd party programs. Easy transfer is good for files and such which is cool -- but 'settings' as well? What 'settings' are they talking about? What about Task Schedulerer in MMC? (Microsoft management Console). Does it include my custom system sound themes? And what about my VC themes? They are all located in C:\Windows\Resources\Themes; so can I copy the contents from one and paste into the new? Thanks for any advice!
