Heavy Docker Windows 8.1.1 Theme

LDC Presents another amazing imported theme by Windows 8.1.1 users choice:
HEAVY DOCKER
Following application is needed that everything works perfect without any bug (like on preview):
- UltraUXThemePatcher 2.5.1 or UXStyle 0.2.3.0,
- OldNewExplorer 1.1.0,
- StartIsBack+ 1.7.0,
- AeroGlass 1.3.1!
TUTORIAL
- HOW TO INSTALL & SETUP YOUR CUSTOMIZATION APPLICATIONS ON WINDOWS 8.1.1 OS:
