Exactly what I was looking for but I was wondering does this change the clock like the windows 7 version ?

Since this 7tsp iconpack you can use for Windows 8.1 with and without update 1 i remove clock timedate.cpl cause it wont work on both versions (every version have diferent clock settings .dll), so this iconpack is without clock so more people can apply it and don't have any issues with any part of it!
