it's been so friggin long since I was doing those monster os's I actually had to go and look to remember where this is
Hey gor no worries budit's been so long since I did em even I forget half the crap I used to do
and yes I did remember where this text is in the os it's in the spwizres.dll in the system32 folder.
open that dll in restorator
go to the dialog folder
click on number 104
at the top of res click the RC button so you can edit the file then below in the window
you will see this at the top
104 DIALOGEX 0, 0, 384, 30, 0
STYLE DS_SETFONT | DS_FIXEDSYS | DS_CONTROL | WS_CHILD | WS_CAPTION
EXSTYLE = WS_EX_CONTROLPARENT

FONT 9, "Segoe UI", 0, FALSE
{

Sorry I dropped off the grid for some time. I would have also had to look it up since I used to work on WIM's everyday all day it was like speaking another language and it came naturally.
Were you ever able to get it figured out mate? Hope all is well for everyone here and I'll try and put forth some activity like I used to.
