Following application is needed that everything works perfect without any bug (like on preview):

Yea, i'm afraid you are right about its not being an easy job and i'm not sure i have the time to learn it all from scratch..and also the thing about Mr GRiM maybe awaits the Redstone update.
I have been following the debate since the latest TH2 update and think M$ is screwing with us who appreciate some more colorfull choises, when it comes to the look of the OS we use.

I just hope that Redstone will be the last Customization screwup..but of course, i am not naive

I have no idea why MS makes these changes it's possible under the hood they are trying to make things run faster but nobody knows for sure. They do want to push W10 "as a service" and when things are marketed this way they generally want everyone to use it the same way for branding and recognizability (so it's possible they're deliberately trying to limit capabilities of custom themes). I may look into trying to import a theme and if I do this'll be the one. Here are a few links to reference
