The image you're are see go from the taskbar almost to the top. I follow all the instructions on installing windowss 8.1 themes and each time this happen except for the Poison theme by Mr Grim.....i'm also using startisback

Did you disable search feature in windows? in registry or services?

Sorry mate, don't know what can be issue here, i notice it earlier with one user but don't know if he fixed somehow!
