Need help installing Windows 8 Theme + Dock

Hello, I used to download and install Windows 7 themes from here all the time, but it has been a long while, and I have recently bought a new Alienware Laptop that comes with Windows 8.1. I was wondering if someone could tell me step by step how i would be able to get a theme and a dock, from this site, to my computer. The most simple, risk free way there is. Thanks!

run away from W8 while you can.... LOL (you're much better off installing 7 in your new PC)
