1. - First download and install application
Se7en Theme Source Patcher v0.3 Build 3003
Program written by: Fixit
Resources modded by: Kirs

2. - Very important step for full working
if you already used this application for change of any windows icons in that case
please return this step back to windows default with using command
Restore and then command
Restore modified system files to before 7tsp was used
/OK


3. - Then click to Add a custom Pack
find and click open file
7tsp Windows 10 Complete System Icon pack.7z
and then just click to the command
Start Patching

This 7tsp pack is for Windows 7, therefore the shell32.dll modification is ok, just not on Windows 8 and 10, it will render the OS unbootable.

explorer.exe.mui and shell32.dll.mui not supported iPack builder
this files can be patched only with 7tsp seven theme source patcher
