Please need help to fix the glass effect

First of all thanks for reading my post .
The question is:


Want to correct the effect glass in the explorer (1)

I changed the following properties and this color still appears

Explorer&Shell>Explorer>Items View>Items View>Fill Color= 0,0,0 (black)
Explorer&Shell>Explorer>ProperTree>Background>Fill Color=0,0,0
Explorer&Shell>Explorer>ProperTree>Background>Fill Color Hint=0,0,0

But I find no way to change.
