But I found ADVOC Theme is lose Folderband button

This makes the theme look incomplete,

I spent most of the time search, I find this Folderband button from Token V4 IconPack Installer by Mr-Ragnarok

Unfortunately this download missing, anyone have the Folderband button or Token V4 IconPack Installer and can upload it?
This is a great theme, I really do not want to because incomplete to give up his.
