Changing images

Hello everyone,
I'm doing my first theme and would like to know how to change the images in this two windows of Windows 8.1 (if you can).

I'm pretty sure that I've never seen those two images modified....They're not located in .msstyle. And I don't 'think' they're in shell32.dll, which in 8.1 you can't modify anyway as it would break the digital-signature and render your computer un-bootable. They're likely located in some other .dll or .cpl somewhere...
