Browser icons

hey do you think it'd be possible to design HUD style browser icons? I'd love to see a HUD blue Chrome icon, and maybe throw in things like maybe some games, oh and the internet connection bars

On a side note, I can't change my Windows Media Player icon to the HUD Evolution one, now I took the .res file from the icon pack but I need to know how to apply it to WMP, do I need to use 7stp or is that only for icon packs?

Updated: I figured it out but the icon is part of the icon pack from Mr Grimm's Clash of the Titans thing, whatever that is, I need the one for the premium HUD Evo icon
