No it is not just you, I have found that instead of just clicking the download button that if you right click and "save target as" you will be able to download the file you want.

Same problem. It also seems to download fine if you right click and choose open link in a new tab. I am using Chrome

same prob here where i tried to download a rainmeter skin. rightclicking worked like a charm.

Since everyone is having the problem it must be a DA bug. I wonder if they know about..... surely so
