Here is the theme I have been using for the last little while.I thought some
of you might like it too!
I know the name sucks but it is better than what I have been calling it
Black with Some Blue Parts

As with all my themes
Your system must be patched for 3rd party themes
Old New Explorer is also required
And the theme looks best when used with
Aero Glass and Black Glass Enhanced

Just set whatever meters you want to put there to "stay topmost" then drag them on to it

anther great theme gsw thank you and thank you for you time and work can if if possiball where you got touches of blue could you change it to white think it would more ghostly

interesting balance in colors! like...:! is it possible a version without the Ghost in the folder? I have observed that applications minimized on the taskbar are not appreciated! otherwise all good.! friend
