In keeping homage to the late neiio I would like to thank J4M3SX019 for the port of these themes to the latest version of Windows (21h2) which now can be downloaded below, the original file for TH2 has been renamed and re uploaded to avoid confusion.

neiio created some pretty cool themes during his time with us, every effort should be made to preserve those themes.

I have updated the first post with a new download link, please be aware that the theme was designed for Windows 10 TH2 and will not work on newer versions of Windows. Hopefully if someone has the time they will be able to port it to the current version of Windows ?
